1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BotDaddy.Life ("BotDaddy," "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What BotDaddy Is (and Isn't)

BotDaddy IS:

• An educational tool for learning about financial concepts and strategies
• A platform for scenario planning and decision support
• A human-in-the-loop system that requires your explicit approval for every action

BotDaddy IS NOT:

• A financial advisor, broker, or investment professional
• A fully automated trading system
• A custodian of your funds or assets
• A guarantor of financial outcomes

3. Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You make all decisions: BotDaddy provides information and tools. You decide what actions to take.
• You bear all risk: Financial markets involve risk. You could lose money. BotDaddy is not liable for losses.
• You maintain custody: BotDaddy never holds, controls, or has access to your funds or accounts.
• You verify information: While we strive for accuracy, you should independently verify data before making decisions.

4. No Custody or Autonomous Execution

BotDaddy never:

• Takes custody of your funds
• Executes trades or transactions on your behalf without explicit approval
• Has access to move, withdraw, or control your money
• Acts as an agent or fiduciary

All actions require your explicit, conscious approval through the human-in-the-loop process.

5. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use BotDaddy
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You must not use BotDaddy for illegal activities

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use BotDaddy for market manipulation, fraud, or illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Share your account access with others
• Scrape data or overload systems with automated queries
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

8. Risk Disclosure

Specific risks include (but are not limited to):

• Market risk: Asset values can go down as well as up
• Volatility risk: Prices can change rapidly
• Liquidity risk: You may not be able to sell assets when desired
• Technology risk: Platform outages or technical errors
• Execution risk: Delays or failures in trade execution (if using third-party brokers)

9. No Guarantees

BotDaddy provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of data
• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Financial outcomes or profitability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotDaddy and its operators are not liable for:

• Financial losses or missed opportunities
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits or data
• Third-party actions (e.g., broker errors)

Maximum liability: Any liability is limited to the fees you've paid to BotDaddy in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
